Momo is a plant-based sushi restaurant started by chef Christian Ventura. On top of sharing a common passion for plant-based food, Christian and I have are both long distance runner. Together, we worked on a Sweetgreen-inspired photoshoot with talented artist Marie-Laure and a packaging exploration work with visual artist Facies.
