Nofish is a virtual plant-based sushi brand operated from a ghost kitchen in Villeray, Montreal. The company supplied 100 boxes per day to organic online platform Lufa Farms and later on to B2C players Uber eats and Doordash. The brand did not have any store front, hence a big part of the focus was put on our packaging experience and our creative recipes. After a successful partnership with plant-based chef Christian Ventura, the brand was acquired and discontinued to avoid market cannibalization.
Nofish’s values were about minimalism (Mondrian-influenced color palette), playfulness (we designed games at the back of our last round of packaging & made a fun photoshoot with non-profit agency MyMediaCreative), care (about what you eat) and convenience (delivered straight to your door).
